Management Trainee - Operations (Internship Program)

Role Overview

We are hiring high-potential candidates for our Management Trainee – Operations Internship Program, designed to build future operations leaders in the quick commerce ecosystem.

This structured internship provides hands-on exposure to real-time city operations. You will work directly with the City Operations Team to manage supply, demand, delivery performance, and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities across departments.
• Assist in coordinating between different teams such as operations, customer support, vendors, and logistics.
• Monitor daily business performance and track key operational metrics.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and basic data analysis for management review.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
• Support execution of campaigns, launches, and operational initiatives.
• Assist in handling operational escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
• Participate in meetings and contribute insights based on data and observations.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
