A Day in the Life

Are you ready to kickstart your career with L’Oréal’s Management Trainee Program , an accelerator program designed to fast-track your growth? Over 12 to 18 months, you’ll rotate across different Production subfunctions, gaining unparalleled exposure to the market and diverse experiences. You’ll work with cross-functional, diverse teams and collaborate with other departments, immersing yourself in L’Oréal’s dynamic and innovative environment.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Operational Excellence: You will rotate through key production areas, learning to manage manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and meet performance targets.
• Lead Improvement Projects: You will identify opportunities for optimization, applying continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability on the production floor.
• Leverage Data for Impact: You will analyze production data to make informed decisions, manage resources effectively, and contribute to strategic capacity planning.
• Collaborate for Success: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and successful product launches.
  
  

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an ambitious and analytical individual with a strong desire to build a career in Operations. You are a natural problem-solver, ready to take on challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
