About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Management/Accounting Faculty with practical knowledge of ERP. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching management and accounting principles while demonstrating their real-world application through Odoo’s accounting and business management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions on Management, Accounting, and Odoo ERP.

Develop comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, and case studies integrating Odoo functionalities with accounting and management concepts.

Guide and mentor students on using Odoo ERP for budgeting, cost analysis, financial reporting, and decision-making.

Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and support their academic and professional growth.

Conduct workshops and seminars on ERP-based accounting practices.

Stay updated on the latest developments in accounting standards, management strategies, and Odoo updates.

Collaborate with other faculty and technical teams to enhance curriculum and training methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field (M. Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and business management principles.

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (especially Accounting and Finance modules).

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
