Position: Accountant Trainer
Location: Knovista Technologies Pvt Ltd, Ernakulam

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Second Saturday & All Sundays
Leave Policy: 1 Paid Leave per Month

Job Description:
We are hiring an Accountant Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and practical exposure to accounting tools, along with the ability to train and mentor students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions in accounting concepts and software.
• Guide students/interns with practical exercises and assignments.
• Share real-time exposure to accounting practices (Tally, GST filing, etc.).
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain proper training reports and records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP, GST filing, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
