Manager

Job Title: Coffee Shop Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and store presentation.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control to avoid shortages and wastage.
  • Ensure all coffee preparation and service follow company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, profit margins, and operational costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, franchise teams, and management regarding operations and new product launches.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Manager in a high-end coffee shop or café environment.
  • Strong background and deep knowledge of the coffee industry, specialty coffee, and café operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and sales reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in handling high-profile customers and maintaining premium service standards.
  • Passion for coffee, hospitality, and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant hospitality/management experience is preferred.
