Job Title: Coffee Shop Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and store presentation.
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control to avoid shortages and wastage.
- Ensure all coffee preparation and service follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, profit margins, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, franchise teams, and management regarding operations and new product launches.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manager in a high-end coffee shop or café environment.
- Strong background and deep knowledge of the coffee industry, specialty coffee, and café operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and sales reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in handling high-profile customers and maintaining premium service standards.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant hospitality/management experience is preferred.
