Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Academic Programs to lead and oversee academic planning, program development, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of academic program design and outcomes, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic programs aligned with institutional goals and accreditation requirements
• Ensure compliance with academic policies and regulatory standards
• Lead and manage academic teams effectively, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Monitor and evaluate academic performance, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
• Coordinate accreditation processes and maintain up-to-date compliance records
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in academic program management or a related field
• Strong understanding of academic program design and outcomes
• In-depth knowledge of accreditation, compliance, and academic policies
• Demonstrated ability in leadership and team management
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating academic performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related discipline preferred

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
