Pay: 250,000.00 (PKR)-300,000.00 (PKR) per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead our financial operations and ensure strong fiscal management within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP-based systems, with proven experience in the manufacturing sector. This is a leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, hands-on expertise, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting, finance, and reporting functions of the company.

Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.

Supervise general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and payroll functions.

Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.

Develop, establish, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient financial management.

Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Leverage ERP systems (preferably MSD AX 365) for accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

CA Finalist (with only 1–2 papers remaining).

5–6 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in a manufacturing concern as Manager Accounts & Finance.

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 365.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and corporate governance.

Hands-on approach with attention to detail and a strategic business perspective.
