Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile general ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll management.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and client accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
• Implement and improve accounting controls, processes, and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CA Inter/ACCA/ICMA preferred)
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance, preferably in the brokerage/financial sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
