Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger, bank reconciliations, receivables & payables
- Ensure timely tax filings (Income Tax, Sales Tax / GST) and regulatory compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- Professional qualification preferred (CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong command of accounting standards and tax laws of Pakistan
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred)
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
