Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger, bank reconciliations, receivables & payables
• Ensure timely tax filings (Income Tax, Sales Tax / GST) and regulatory compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• Professional qualification preferred (CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• Strong command of accounting standards and tax laws of Pakistan
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred)
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
