Manager Accounts

1. Financial Management

  • Oversee daily accounting operations (receivables, payables, ledger, payroll).
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.

2. Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Present financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare annual budgets.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost control.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results.

4. Tax & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

5. Bank & Reconciliation

  • Manage banking relationships.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Handle fund transfers and financial negotiations if required.

6. Team Supervision

  • Supervise accounting staff.
  • Provide training and guidance.
  • Ensure department efficiency.

7. Internal Controls

  • Develop and implement financial policies.
  • Ensure proper internal control systems.
  • Minimize financial risks and errors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CA / ACCA / CMA (preferred).
  • 5+ years of accounting experience (2+ years in managerial role).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
