Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manager - Accounts & Admin in our Karachi office to lead our accounting operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong financial acumen, excellent organizational abilities, and hands-on experience in accounts automation, payroll processing, taxation, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate accounting processes and ensure accurate daily posting of financial entries.
  • Maintain, update, and reconcile all accounts on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and timely disbursement.
  • Perform Profit & Loss (P&L) calculations and support management in financial decision-making.
  • Conduct project costing, budgeting, and financial analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure full compliance with updated FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) and SRB (Sindh Revenue Board) taxation laws, rules, and slabs.

Administration

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Ensure compliance with updated labor laws and organizational HR policies.
  • Coordinate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal terms.
  • Oversee procurement, facility management, and general administrative support.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with the management team to improve internal processes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to accounts and admin staff.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum B.Com, MBA (Finance), or ACCA (part qualified or finalist).
  • Strong accounting knowledge and practical experience in bookkeeping and account maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Payroll Processing, Project Costing, and P&L analysis.
  • Solid understanding of updated FBR & SRB tax laws and Labor Regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong negotiation skills for vendor and supplier dealings.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
