Manager Accounts and Finance - Akhuwat Housing Finance Co.

Key Deliverables

The duties and responsibilities of this position include:

·        Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with long-term corporate goals.

·     Define and enforce financial standards, policies, internal controls, and compliance with IFRS and regulations.

·        Lead long-term financial forecasting, capital allocation, and scenario planning.

·        Direct preparation, review, and monitoring of annual budgets.

·        Oversee financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, liquidity, and debt management.

·        Safeguard assets, ensure tax/regulatory compliance, and maintain transparent records.

·        Lead enterprise-wide risk management and governance frameworks.

·        Support business development, JVs, and projects with financial evaluation and negotiations.

·        Act as primary liaison with auditors, regulators, investors, and financial institutions.

·        Advise CEO and Board on financial performance, investments, and strategic risks.

·        Provide visionary leadership to the finance team and mentor team members.

·        Oversee financial systems, processes, and technologies for efficiency and scalability.

·        Monitor performance with financial metrics and drive improvements.

·        Undertake additional executive responsibilities as assigned by CEO/Board.

Educational qualification:

·       ACCA Qualified

·       Good communication and reporting skills.

·       Time management and Team player.

Experience:   Minimum 2 years working experience.
