Manager Accounts & Audit

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Accountants/Internal Auditors to join our team in auditing payroll, sales, and inventory in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and internal auditing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of payroll, sales, and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential financial and operational risks
• Develop audit plans and programs to address identified risks
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Collaborate with other departments and external auditors as necessary
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and internal auditing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internal auditing
• Knowledge of payroll, sales, and inventory processes and internal controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting software and data analysis tools
