We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Accountants/Internal Auditors to join our team in auditing payroll, sales, and inventory in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and internal auditing.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct audits of payroll, sales, and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital policies and procedures</li><li>Review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports</li><li>Perform risk assessments to identify potential financial and operational risks</li><li>Develop audit plans and programs to address identified risks</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement</li><li>Prepare audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management</li><li>Collaborate with other departments and external auditors as necessary</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and internal auditing</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internal auditing</li><li>Knowledge of payroll, sales, and inventory processes and internal controls</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word</li><li>Experience with accounting software and data analysis tools</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The candidate will work closely with partners and clients on startup-centric financial advisory, taxation, and structuring assignments.
