Chartered Accountant

Beyond Numbers Advisory LLP is a boutique Chartered Accountancy and Advisory firm specializing in startup advisory, accounting closures, virtual CFO services, tax structuring, and deal structuring. We partner with high-growth startups and businesses to provide end-to-end finance, tax, and strategic solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated Chartered Accountant (Fresher or up to 3 year of experience) to join our team. The candidate will work closely with partners and clients on startup-centric financial advisory, taxation, and structuring assignments. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with founders, investors, and business leaders across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Startup Advisory:
• Assist in incorporation, compliance, and advisory for early-stage and growth-stage startups.
• Support in drafting and reviewing financial models, pitch decks, and investor documents.
• Accounting & Closures:
• Manage accounting finalizations, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Ind-AS/Companies Act requirements.
• Virtual CFO Support:
• Assist in MIS preparation, board-level reports, and financial dashboards.
• Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Tax & Deal Structuring:
• Support in direct tax and GST advisory for startups.
• Work on structuring of investments, ESOPs, convertible notes, and M&A transactions.
• Assist in drafting notes on tax efficiency and compliance strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and corporate finance concepts.
• Interest in startup ecosystem, fundraising, and deal structuring.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
