Job Title: Manager Accounts (CA Finalist)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee complete accounting operations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions to ensure efficient cash flow management.
- Manage fixed assets accounting, capitalization, and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with all statutory and tax regulations.
- Lead cost accounting processes, expense allocations, and inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Prepare, review, and present financial reports and management accounts for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and corporate regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage audit processes effectively.
- Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to drive performance and accountability.
Requirements:
- CA Finalist with 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, and financial management.
- Strong command over IFRS, taxation, and corporate compliance matters.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Lahore Cantt (On-Site)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri (9 AM–6 PM) | Sat (10 AM–4 PM)
Salary Range: Market Competitive/Based on experience
