Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager Accounts/Finance to support financial operations. The role involves assisting with budgeting, cost control, and project accounting. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project accounting, including budgeting, cost allocation, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.
• Manage cash flow, payments, and reconciliations to ensure timely financial operations across multiple projects.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, project reports, and management dashboards for decision-making.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FBR and SRB for income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax matters.
• Supervise data migration, system integration, and ERP (QuickBooks preferred) implementation to streamline accounting processes.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models and reports using spreadsheets for project tracking and forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to strengthen internal controls and reporting accuracy.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in a contracting, construction, or project-based accounting environment. Solid understanding of project accounting principles, taxation (FBR & SRB), and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications:

• ACCA / ICMA / CA (Part-qualified or finalist).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting in the construction industry.
• Strong Analytical, Numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of financial compliance, tax regulations, and internal controls.
