Manager Accounts & Finance

One of our Client is looking for a Manager Accounts & Finance to manage reconciliation processes, ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable, and support financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ledger reconciliation, vendor and customer accounts, tax compliance, and financial analysis, with a strong command of accounting principles and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) on a monthly and quarterly basis.

· Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments.

· Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.

· Ensure accurate posting of vendor invoices, payments, and receipts.

· Support in financial reporting, assisting the CFO with data analysis and monthly closings.

· Prepare and maintain reconciliation statements for banks, suppliers, and customers.

· Assist in sales tax and withholding tax calculations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

· Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.

· Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

· Education: ACCA / CA (Part Qualified) MBA Finance, M.Com /) or equivalent.

· Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance in the fashion, retail, or textile sector.

Skills:

o Strong expertise in account reconciliation and ledger management.

o Solid understanding of taxation and accounting principles.

o Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

o Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation.

Pay: Rs220,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
