Manager Accounts & Finance

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager Accounts & Finance to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in finance management, and must be able to lead the accounts team. CA or ACCA-certified candidates are strongly recommended.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews
• Ensure timely closing of accounts

Accounts Operations

• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, bookkeeping
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital
• Manage taxation matters (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax)

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, and local financial regulations
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit trails

Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare management reports and MIS summaries
• Support the senior management in financial decision-making
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and financial efficiency

Requirements

• CA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial regulations, and taxation
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, managerial, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
