Manager Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.

- Ensure adherence to provincial tax regulations (e.g., Punjab Revenue Authority - PRA, Sindh Revenue Board - SRB).

- Lead audits (internal/external) and liaise with regulatory bodies.

- Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.

- Develop and implement robust financial controls and policies.

- Mentor and manage the finance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- *Mandatory Certification:* *ACCA, CA, or ICMA* (Finalist/Qualified).

- *Experience:* 8+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a *managerial role*.

Hands-on experience with *provincial tax compliance* (e.g., PRA, SRB).

- *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and financial modeling.

- *Leadership:* Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
