Position Purpose
The Accounts Payable Manager leads and oversees the Accounts Payable team and operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments within the billing process. This role oversees a large volume of payments with a heightened emphasis on cash management. The Manager calculates and processes high profile payments outside the normal payment process. This position recommends and establishes procedures to enhance efficiencies.

Team Leadership
- Leads, manages, and oversees the Accounts Payable team
Operations Leadership
- Reviews the appropriateness of invoices and contracts prior to payment
- Timely and accurately processes the Company’s high volume of vendor payments
- Processes significant, time sensitive, and/or confidential payments
- Collaborates with all KWRI departments and Company-owned regions on contracts, invoices, and General Ledger coding
- Collaborates on past, current, and future expenses
- Oversees cash management and cash balance monitoring and projections
- Reviews Form 1099s and distributes those that are reportable
- Identifies opportunities for efficiencies and automation
The Experience You'll Need
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of accounts payable experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in a formal or informal supervisory or management role
- Knowledge of accounting and accounts payable procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Superior project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Polished and professional demeanor
Preferred Requirements
- Oracle Accounts Payable experience
