Position is for an Accounts Payable Manager to work at EAH Corporate in San Rafael, CA. This is a hybrid remote position (2 days in-person/3 days remote). Qualified candidates will have bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience managing accounts payable operations in a multi-property or multi-entity environment, including experience leading AP process improvement or system control initiatives. 1+ years of progressive experience with property management accounting systems, accounts payable software and automation tools (Yardi or similar preferred). 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Salary range: $90,000 - $148,000 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $90,000 - $119,000 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple properties and funding sources. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, internal control integrity, and regulatory compliance of all AP activities, with a strong emphasis on HUD and affordable-housing requirements. Serves as the primary owner of AP policies, systems, staff supervision, and audit readiness. This position is characterized by a high degree of initiative, responsibility, accountability, and ability to work congenially with a wide variety of individuals. Understands and supports EAH’s mission and core values.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. DRUG TESTING
EAH Housing requires all candidates who have received a conditional job offer to submit to drug testing within 72 hours from acceptance of our job offer. EAH Housing does not test for marijuana/cannabis. Satisfactory completion of drug testing is a requirement of employment with EAH.
