Manager Accounts (Sugar Mill Experience Preferred) CA Finalist

Note: Only sugar mills related experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial performance reports, variance analyses, and KPIs.
• Support management decision-making with reliable financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Improve budgeting processes, financial systems, and analytical tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience after articles.
• ACA or CA Finalist preferred.
• Strong command of budgeting, planning, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
