Job Title: Manager Administration
Company: Win Win Marketing & Developers Pvt Ltd (Real Estate)
Location: Blue Area, Islamabad
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:
A competent and proactive Manager Administration will act as the central point of contact for all administrative operations. The role requires strong expertise in documentation, purchasing, vendor management, staff supervision, coordination, and event management to ensure smooth office operations.

Documentation & Record Management

 Maintain and organize all company records, files, and documentation
 Ensure confidentiality and proper filing systems
 Manage administrative databases and reports

Purchasing & Procurement

 Handle quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
 Manage procurement process and vendor coordination
 Ensure timely availability of office supplies

Vendor Management

 Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
 Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance
 Ensure cost-effective purchasing and service quality

Event & Conference Management

 Plan and organize in-house and external events
 Manage meetings, conferences, and corporate gatherings
 Coordinate logistics and event execution

Staff Supervision & Task Management

 Supervise administrative staff (housekeeping, mess, support staff)
 Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
 Ensure discipline and operational efficiency

Office Operations & Coordination

 Oversee daily administrative operations
 Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow
 Manage office maintenance and utilities

Assets & Inventory Management

 Maintain company asset records
 Monitor office supplies and inventory levels
 Ensure proper utilization of resources

Financial & Expense Management

 Manage petty cash and expense tracking
 Assist in basic bookkeeping activities
 Prepare administrative expense reports

Travel & Scheduling Management

 Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans
 Manage calendars and coordination for management

Vehicle & Logistics Management

 Monitor company vehicles and logbooks
 Ensure proper maintenance and usage tracking

Policy Implementation & Compliance

 Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
 Update office policies when required

Employee Support & Onboarding

 Facilitate onboarding arrangements for new employees
 Provide administrative support to all departments

Reporting & Additional Responsibilities

 Prepare and submit monthly performance reports
 Perform any other task assigned by management

Hiring Criteria: Qualification & Skills

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Real Estate preferred) or any good company experience
 Strong grip on admin operations, vendor management & procurement
 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Excellent communication & organizational skills
 Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
