We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Manager Administration to oversee and streamline our administrative operations while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
- Manage office facilities, assets, utilities, and vendor relationships
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal team performance
- Handle correspondence and coordination with government departments and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
- Manage procurement of office supplies and services
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Oversee security, housekeeping, and maintenance functions
- Assist senior management in operational planning and execution
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in dealing with government departments and regulatory authorities
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in facility management and vendor negotiations
- Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
