Are you a highly organized, solutions-driven professional who thrives on streamlining operations and managing fast-paced environments. We’re looking for an Admin & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of our short-term rental management company and help drive operational excellence.

About Us

The NAMUVE manages a portfolio of luxury apartments for short-term rental properties across Lahore and UAE. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing returns for property owners.

Operations Oversight

· Lead and optimize daily operations across multiple rental properties.

· Coordinate property onboarding, maintenance, and turnover schedules.

· Oversee third-party vendors (cleaners, maintenance teams, inspectors), ensuring service standards and timeliness.

· Manage inventory levels of supplies and coordinate restocking processes.

Administrative Management

· Maintain accurate records of property activity, bookings, costs, and vendor communications.

· Streamline documentation, workflows, and internal systems for better efficiency.

· Implement and manage reporting tools to track performance and operational metrics.

Quality & Compliance

· Conduct audits on property readiness and ensure consistent quality control.

· Monitor compliance with local short-term rental regulations, insurance requirements, and safety standards.

· Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively with minimal disruption.

· Understand the unique rhythm of short-term rentals, from peak seasons to fast turnarounds.

Bonus Points If You:

· Are familiar with platforms like Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, or similar PMS systems.

· Have knowledge of local regulations related to STRs (Short-Term Rentals).

· Enjoy building structure and order in growing businesses.

Schedule: Full-time (some flexibility required during weekends/peak periods)
