MT5 Manager & Admin Operations

Job Summary:

The MT5 Manager & Admin Operations role oversees the technical and operational functions of the brokerage’s MT5 trading environment. The position ensures platform stability, trade execution efficiency, accurate client data management, and coordination between departments for smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

MT5 Management:

* Oversee daily MT5 server operations including user account setup, group configuration, and symbol management.

* Monitor trade activities, spreads, swaps, and execution performance.

* Implement risk parameters and manage A/B book routing as directed by management.

* Coordinate with liquidity providers and bridge teams to ensure seamless price feed and trade execution.

* Conduct regular backup and maintenance of MT5 servers and databases.

* Manage plugins, reports, and trade audit logs for compliance and performance tracking.

* Handle technical issues related to trading accounts and platform connectivity.

Admin & Operations:

* Maintain and update client data, KYC documents, and account statuses within CRM and back-office systems.

* Collaborate with finance teams for deposit/withdrawal reconciliation and transaction reporting.

* Prepare operational reports—daily deposits, withdrawals, active users, and volume summaries.

* Support the sales and IB departments by ensuring client trading accounts and commission structures are correctly configured.

* Liaise with compliance for trade audit checks and regulatory reporting.

* Track ongoing client activities to identify operational gaps or potential risks.

* Coordinate with tech support teams to address platform updates, CRM sync, and security measures.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or 2-3 years of experience in related field.

* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Forex operations, preferably handling MT5/MT4 systems.

* Strong knowledge of trading platforms, liquidity bridges, and risk management systems.

* Familiarity with CRM and back-office integration for brokers.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.

* Ability to troubleshoot and handle platform-related technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with MetaTrader 5 Administrator & Manager roles.

* Understanding of *PAMM/MAM systems* and IB structures.

* Advanced Excel reporting and CRM usage (e.g., UpTrader, Leverate, or similar is an advantage).

* Strong coordination with tech, compliance, and dealing departments.
