Job Summary:
We are seeking a Portal Lead Management Admin to handle and monitor leads generated from property portals. The ideal candidate will ensure that all inquiries are promptly addressed, followed up on, and reassigned when necessary. This role involves engaging with prospects to match them with the best property options, supporting the sales team in closing deals, and coordinating developer briefings, events, and portal account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and manage all incoming leads from property portals to ensure proper follow-up.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, SMS, and calls from the marketing number.
- Qualify and categorize leads based on buying/renting readiness.
- Reassign leads to agents to ensure no inquiry is left unattended.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely responses and proper support from assigned agents.
- Directly engage with leads if agents are unresponsive, offering alternative options from company inventory.
- Close deals directly when needed.
- Maintain a centralized and updated lead database with full communication history.
- Prepare detailed reports about portal-generated leads.
- Track and analyze lead status, response times, and conversion metrics.
- Propose strategies to improve lead response time, retention, and conversion rates.
- Use multiple communication platforms (Email, SMS, WhatsApp broadcast, etc.) for updates and engagement.
- Assist with organizing developer briefings, sales events, and marketing activities.
- Manage and update property and developer portal accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong admin and sales support skills.
- Prior experience in lead management, customer service, or real estate sales support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office tools, and property portals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
