Job Description – Admin and Sales Coordinator

About BARCO Developers LLC:

We are a fast- growing real estate development firm based in the UAE. We are seeking an experienced and proactive admin and sales coordinator. This role demands someone who is highly organized, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple moving parts while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

· The Sales and Admin Coordinator in real estate plays a key support role in the daily operations of the sales team and the administrative functions of the office. This role involves coordinating with agents, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth property transactions, marketing efforts, and office processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a good understanding of real estate procedures and customer service.

· Sales Support:

· Assist real estate agents with property listings, contracts, and sales documentation.

· Prepare and maintain sales reports, commission trackers, and performance data. Should be able to create SPA documents

· Schedule property viewings and client meetings.

· Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other third parties involved in transactions.

· Follow up with clients regarding offers, contracts, and feedback.

· Support digital marketing efforts such as posting property listings, updating website content, and social media coordination.

· Administrative Support:

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients or vendors.

· Maintain and update client databases.

· Prepare agency agreements, lease agreements, and other documentation as required.

· Track document signing and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.

· Track progress across all departments, flag issues early, and propose actionable solutions.

· Work closely with the sales brokers to support and accelerate unit sales, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

· Oversee the submission and liaison with government authority for approvals.

  • Communicate well at all levels dealing with the various administrative demands placed by the pressurized working environment.

Ideal Candidate:

· 5+ years of experience in sales coordination and admin, preferably within real estate or construction in the UAE

· Strong knowledge of RERA

· Should have thorough knowledge of SPA documents

· Proven ability to coordinate across teams

· Tech Savvy

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Fluent in English

· Bachelor’s degree
