About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to represent our range of skin care devices and beauty products in Dubai. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales in retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell skin care devices/beauty products in retail stores.
• Conduct live demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to handle customer inquiries confidently.
• Ensure attractive product display and visibility in the store.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Share customer feedback and competitor insights with management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Promoter, Beauty Advisor, or Retail Sales Associate (beauty/skin care background preferred).
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, energetic, and confident with sales ability.
• Must be based in Dubai
• Fluency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
