Manager – Administration
Location: Multan (Multan-based candidates only)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive, well-networked Manager – Administration with strong government liaison capabilities and a results-oriented mindset. This role is critical in ensuring seamless administrative operations, effective asset management, and strong external stakeholder relationships across regulatory and government bodies nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end administrative operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning for site/office
- Effectively manage administrative responsibilities of the Company’s land and branch operations across multiple locations
- Manage all licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance requirements
- Oversee asset management, including tracking, maintenance, utilization, and safeguarding of company assets across sites and offices
- Develop and implement asset control systems, periodic audits, and lifecycle management practices
- Support administrative staff, ensuring performance, discipline, and effective task allocation
- Handle security operations, including coordination with agencies and personnel
- Maintain and manage official records, documentation, and correspondence
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and process improvements
- Control administrative budgets and optimize operational costs
Preferred Profile
- Multan-based candidate with strong local network and government liaison capability
- Prior experience as an ex-government official or having led a senior corporate administrative role
- Experience in real estate or development sector will be an added advantage
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- Certifications in Administration, Security Management, Asset Management, or Government Liaison are a plus
- 8 – 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5–7 years in a managerial role
