Manager Administrator

Strategic

  • Build and maintain strong relations with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and support business growth.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and proactively influence policies impacting operations.
  • Support business expansion efforts through regulatory alignment and securing necessary permits/clearances.
  • Act as company representative in government dealings during crises and strategic engagements.

Operational

  • Oversee timely submission and follow-up of licenses, permits, NOCs, and other compliance documents.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies to manage legal matters and operational continuity.
  • Manage and improve public relations processes for better efficiency and compliance.
  • Translate and prepare official documents in Arabic and English as required.
  • Implement measures to reduce traffic violation fines and enforce driver accountability.

People Management

  • Lead and manage the Public Relations & Regulatory Affairs teams.
  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, improvement, and collaboration within the team.

Process Improvement

  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve public relations efficiency.
  • Guide internal teams on navigating government and legal frameworks.
  • Organize official meetings/events with authorities to enhance government relations
