Manager - Agentic AI

This role is pivotal in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced agentic frameworks to create autonomous AI systems that transform business processes(Agentic Process Automation).

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI agents and multi-agent systems within the organisations techstack

• Implement robust agentic architectures using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

• Integrate LLMs with various external systems, APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) to orchestrate complex, intelligent workflows.

• Apply advanced prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, and model fine-tuning for agent accuracy and performance.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and contribute directly to business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years in software and AI development, with significant experience in agentic AI.

• Expertise in Python, including LLM-centric libraries

• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, n8n, UiPath.

• Proven experience with API integrations and database management (SQL/NoSQL).

• Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent system design Certifications

(Preferred):

• UiPath Certified Professional (Specialized AI or Automation Developer)

• Relevant certifications
