Inviting applications for the role of Manager – AI Engineer
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with AI Engineer is responsible for implementing and managing AI-driven solutions that enhance IT operations. They leverage machine learning, automation, and observability tools to detect anomalies, predict outages, and optimize system performance across complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities

• Monitoring & Observability: Deploy and manage tools for real-time monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and networks.
• Incident Detection & Response: Use AI/ML models to identify anomalies, predict failures, and automate remediation.
• Automation: Build workflows for self-healing systems, automated scaling, and proactive alerting.
• Data Engineering: Collect, process, and analyze logs, metrics, and traces for actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work with DevOps, SREs, and IT teams to integrate AIOps into existing workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Tune models and pipelines to improve accuracy and reduce false positives.
• Cloud & Hybrid Environments: Manage AIOps solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises systems.

Required skills

• Programming: Python, Java, or Go for automation and ML integration.
• AI/ML Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
• AIOps Platforms: Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Elastic.
• DevOps Practices: CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, collaboration, and communication across technical and business teams.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven experience in migrating applications and data from one cloud platform to another.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software/system architecture, with experience in GenAI/AI/ML.
• Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate and present to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
