Job Title : Manager – Air & Sea Imports

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage our Air and Sea Import operations, including pricing, customer service, documentation, and team leadership. The successful candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end air and sea import operations, including customs clearance, documentation, and shipment tracking.

· Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth import processes.

· Monitor and optimize import operations to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.

· Handle client communications, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards.

· Prepare reports and provide insights on import performance to senior management.

· Mentor and guide the operations team to achieve excellence in service delivery.

· Lead a team of import professionals and provide guidance and support

· Oversee documentation, customs clearance, and compliance

· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market

· Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement pricing strategies

· Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, handling both air and sea imports.

· Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, INCOTERMS, and customs regulations.

· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

· Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
