Manager – AMER Service Center

Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage daily operations of the AMER center, ensuring efficient processing of visa and residency applications, customer satisfaction, and compliance with GDRFA and Dubai Government service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations of the center, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with GDRFA rules, regulations, and service protocols.
  • Oversee staff performance, training, and adherence to customer service standards.
  • Handle escalations, complaints, and VIP service requirements.
  • Maintain strong relations with GDRFA officials and government stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement measures for customer experience.
  • Generate operational and compliance reports for management and authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of managerial experience in government services or customer service centers.
  • Knowledge of UAE visa, residency, and immigration procedures.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
