This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, marketing, and analytics functions! As a Manager, Americas Marketing Strategy & Planning you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. As part of the Planning & Performance team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Marketing Strategy & Planning, you will combine financial rigor with marketing insight. You will manage daily investment operations of a $300M budget and translate business objectives and data signals into clear recommendations.

What you'll do during a typical day:

• Manage day‑to‑day marketing investment finance activities, including invoicing, pacing, forecasting, and accruals across Americas Marketing.
• Maintain centralized spend documentation as the single source of truth for marketing investment.
• Build investment scenarios highlighting trade‑offs across markets, channels, and campaigns.
• Create executive‑ready summaries translating investment, performance, and risk into revenue and business implications.

How you'll collaborate with others:

• Partner with Marketing Activation teams to support campaign execution and ensure spend aligns with approved budgets.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial partners to maintain forecasts and support planning and performance forums.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

• Budget process, guiding end‑to‑end governance including centralized documentation, forecast consolidation, and optimizations of how teams track and evaluate investment decisions.
Investment readouts, transforming spend data into forward‑looking decision tools that guide trade‑off conversations across markets, channels, and time horizons.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of experience in marketing strategy, media planning, consulting, or a related field
• Three (3) years supporting marketing budget management and investment strategy, focused on translating spend into actionable decisions
• Two (2) years crafting executive‑ready narratives connecting data to performance
• Working knowledge of media, campaign fundamentals, and marketing measurement, with a focus on revenue impact and demand generation
• Work hybrid schedule in McLean, VA

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience supporting multi‑market or full‑funnel investment planning
• Hands‑on use of AI tools to enhance forecasting, documentation, and investment analysis
