Job Description:

The Manager, Analytics & Data Products will report to OneOncology’s Director, Analytics & Data Products. This role will lead and manage analytics projects across multiple areas, including service line expansion, practice growth, and market intelligence, generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner oncology and urology practices. This role will be instrumental in designing and deploying the data, analytics, and tools we use to assess practice performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategy. By serving as an analytical thought partner for multiple teams, this role will have a high level of visibility across the organization, both with internal partners and practice leadership.

The current pay scale for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 annually. Placement in this range depends on several factors including experience, skills and geographical location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business development, finance, and operations to understand teams’ analytical needs
• Advise internal and external teams on how available data can be used to provide insight to support growth initiatives
• Design and implement analytical components of projects to support service line planning (i.e. radiation oncology, imaging, lab, and others)
• Design analyses and models to support service line expansion (e.g., evaluating the impact of adding radiation oncology, PET/CT, or laboratory services)
• Develop strategic frameworks to support and lead key bodies of work to inform practice growth
• Integrate diverse datasets (clinical, claims, billing, market data) to provide a comprehensive view of practice opportunities
• Manage relationships with internal business partners to ensure alignment and execution
• Supervise and develop a team of analysts.
• Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Key Competencies

• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and datasets including EMR and billing data (CPT/HCPCS codes and ICD 10 codes), billing processes, and reimbursement models
• Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities
• Proven ability to scope and lead cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
• Experience leading a team or managing team members
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI (or other data visualization tools)
• Skilled at translating complex information into clear, actionable language to effectively educate and align key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ work experience; experience working for the healthcare industry, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or consulting firm
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets and applying analytics to business strategy
