Job Summary
The Manager - Inside Sales & Applications Engineering will lead and develop the inside sales team to drive growth, increase market share, and consistently exceed targets. This role establishes a customer-centric, high-performing team that positions Emerson as the supplier of choice for products, solutions, and services.
Based in Dubai, UAE, this position supports the Middle East and Africa Pressure Management (PRM) business and reports to the Sales Director, PRM, MEA. The successful candidate will thrive in a multinational, inclusive environment with opportunities for global collaboration and career growth.
