Ensuring alignment with Fixed Assets and Inventory, guidelines to establish, maintain and monitor asset data and information in Enterprise Asset Management System (MAXIMO) with the established financial targets and global best practices aiming to enhance operational efficiency and maximize the return on assets for AD Ports Group.


    Responsibilities: Enforce alignment between financial and non-financial global asset management functions to enhance internal control within the AD Ports Group asset management system and advise on integrated, efficient asset investment planning and prioritisation for both short- and long-term horizons.
    Participate in managing assets throughout their lifecycle in a safe, efficient, optimised, and sustainable manner to maximise stakeholder value, helping to reduce total ownership costs and meet performance, utilisation, and return on investment targets.
    Oversee the Group's global asset reconciliation process between the Enterprise Asset Management System (MAXIMO) and the Oracle Fusion Fixed Asset Register at regular intervals.
    Provide guidance on identifying and quantifying asset impairments for financial reporting by reviewing financial asset data using Oracle Fusion and MAXIMO and report findings to the VP – Corporate Asset Management.
    Lead the AD Ports Group's global asset verification and tagging efforts in coordination with the Fixed Asset Register and Maximo Asset Register, essential for effective asset management by enabling tracking of asset location, usage, and condition.
    Oversee the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Asset Investment Planning System (Copperleaf) across AD Ports Clusters, Subsidiaries, and Business Units.
    Lead the adoption of asset management activities that provide the analytics and decision-making framework for the AD Ports Group to build and maintain optimal asset investment plans, considering value creation, risk tolerances, financial and resource constraints, and performance obligations.
    Report all changes affecting asset information related to financial functions, accounting, auditing, regulation, and insurance to ensure accurate, complete, transparent, and timely record keeping.
    Review asset financial, insurance, and return on assets data, report to the VP – Corporate Asset Management and conduct periodic audits of asset portfolios to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
    Develop and implement lifecycle management procedures for financial and non-financial assets, covering tracking throughout their entire lifecycle.
    Ensure that the departments concerned prepare monthly asset performance and inventory movement reports, maintain updated asset attributes, status, and location data in the system, and conduct annual physical verifications of inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the enhancement of the AD Ports Group’s overall asset management maturity and performance, and assist in developing integrated, efficient asset investment plans and prioritisation strategies for both short- and long-term objectives.


    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    ISO 55000:2014 Lead Auditor (Preferred)
    EFQM Certified Assessor
    IAM Certificate or Diploma (Preferred)
    A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role
    Experience in managing assets & Project management.
