Manager/ Asst. Manager Maintenance - Mechanical

1) Trouble shooting & attending day to day breakdown on machine 5 axis & heavy CNC turning machines/ Conventional machines

2 ) Geometrical alignment checking and correction of cnc turning and hmc vmc machines

3) Corrective action for repetitive & frequent breakdown.

4) Analysis & record machine data for up time improvement

5) Spare part identification for old machine & record the data for new parts.

6) Utility maintenance up time improvement & corrective action.

7) Raise Indent to purchase department & follow up for timely arrival of spares.

8) Follow-up with supplier for AMC & maintenance repairs.

9) Maintenance API audit & ISO compliance as per company rules.

Qualification- BE (Mechanical) / DME

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
