About the Role:

We are looking for a B2B Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for sales to promote and sell the destination Saudi Arabia, to B2B travel companies. This position requires building and managing strong industry relationships locally, regionally, and worldwide to support the mission, goals, and objectives of Almosafer and its brands. This work is independent and requires an innovative, outgoing, self-starter, energetic and objective-driven person. This person should be capable of meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets whilst being able to develop sales plans and execute them to achieve business profitability.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing customer expectations
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, and forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify sales opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in Sales & Business development in the travel industry
  • Strong MS Suite and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen understanding on the workings of Hotels & Flights API
