Manager BMS/ELV

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Manager BMS/ELV to join our team in Karachi at Karachi Office for permanent position.

Job Description:

• Management, Review & finalization of Team individual Tasks.
• Coordination with Principals (Siemens, Corning, Dahua, Dlink, etc.)
• Vendor Management for quotations and technical solutions.
• Preparation & review of Proposals for BMS.
• Review Financial & technical proposals for ELV & Data Systems.
• Review CS for ELV & Data for vendor finalization.
• Support to Procurement & Imports for ordering.
• Review shop drawings drawings for site works.
• Invoicing & Billing to existing clients.
• Coordination at site & PMOs for projects closure.
• Technical meetings with new & existing clients.

Qualification: BSC Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.

Experience: 12-15 Years.
