Role Summary

We are looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded Brand Alliance Manager to lead the growth of our strategic brand partnerships focused on customer acquisition . This role is responsible for identifying and activating co-marketing alliances with premium and aspirational brands that align with our UHNW banking proposition.

You will play a key role in shaping how the bank is positioned within the broader luxury ecosystem while driving new-to-bank client growth through high-impact collaborations and market presence.


Key Responsibilities

1. New Partner Acquisition

  • Identify strategic brand alliance opportunities across luxury, travel, automotive, fashion, and technology verticals.
  • Evaluate partnership fit based on client acquisition potential and shared brand values.

2. Co-Branded Campaign Development

  • Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns with brand partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated messaging and digital amplification.

3. Market Positioning & Thought Leadership

  • Establish the bank’s presence at key luxury lifestyle events, expos, and brand launches through partnerships.
  • Explore innovation-led alliances that position the bank as a thought leader in lifestyle-led banking.

4. ROI & Business Impact

  • Track performance of alliance-led campaigns, including lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness.
  • Prepare reporting and recommendations to enhance future partner collaboration.


Key Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand, or Communications.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in brand partnerships, co-marketing, or acquisition strategy roles.
  • Prior experience in a financial services or premium consumer brand is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-profile brand alliances that deliver business results.

  • Deep understanding of brand value alignment in the luxury sector.
