- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online channels
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram..etc)
- Oversee SEO strategy and content marketing initiatives for organic growth
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns and automation flows
- Analyze customer journey data to improve conversion rates and AOV
- Manage relationships with agencies and technology vendors
- Monitor and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, 3+ in e-commerce
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and GA4
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization
- Experience with marketing automation platforms in data analysis and visualization tools
- Understanding of attribution modeling and marketing mix
- Experience in managing budgets
- Strong project management and leadership skills
