Role Summary

Business Development Manager will be responsible for bringing business, closing deals, managing customer payments, and managing Design Partners for Pune city.This is a sales-first role. Design and execution are handled by Design Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call, qualify, meet and convert leads into projects
  • Close a minimum 4 new projects per month
  • Prepare quotations using ADM templates and handle closing meetings
  • Manage customer communication related to payments & commitments
  • Ensure all payments are made to the company
  • Hire, allocate and manage Design Partners
  • Visit site only in case of serious complaints or escalations
  • Collect feedback, testimonials and referrals

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-3 years experience in sales / business development
  • Background in interiors, real estate or any service based company.
  • Strong closing, follow-up and people-management skills
  • Ownership mindset
