Job Title: Business Development Manager - International (B2B)

Location: Remote / India

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our international client base, particularly across the USA, UK, and Australia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, consultative selling, and achieving revenue targets within a defined timeline.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships—driving the global growth of Evolutionary Ops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients in international markets (USA, UK, Australia)
  • Develop and execute strategic lead generation and outreach campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets
  • Present company services and solutions to prospects through virtual meetings, proposals, and demonstrations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and results
  • Attend virtual networking events and industry forums to strengthen brand presence

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in International B2B Sales / Business Development
  • Strong experience selling to clients in USA, UK, and Australia
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and consistently achieve targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Experience working with CRM tools and structured sales processes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outsourcing, operations support, customer service, or digital services industry
  • Understanding of global market trends and business buying behaviors
  • Ability to work flexible hours to align with international time zones
