Assistant Manager ( Business Development )

Prospect, identify, and secure new clients needing shipping, logistics, and supply chain solutions

Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions (FCL, LCL, Air, Sea), prepare quotes, negotiate rates, and close deals for profitability

Maintain strong ties with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Implement marketing plans, conduct market research, analyze competitors, and stay updated on global trade trends.

Work closely with operations, pricing, and logistics teams to execute sales agreements and ensure timely service.Maintain CRM (like Salesforce), track sales activities, and report performance, forecasts, and opportunities to management.

Develop deep knowledge of international trade regulations, compliance, and logistics best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
