Manager - Business Development | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt
Role Summary
The Manager - Business Development will be responsible for the sales growth both internally within MAF Retail and externally with new customers.
ROLE PROFILE

Identify new business opportunities, markets and potential clients across multiple international markets to grow overall sales and profitability.

Manage both new and existing customer relationships, increase value and ensure a positive customer experience.

Negotiate contracts with new customers.

Work with the data analyst(s) to develop and grow the market share and profitability within respective region

Identify tools for continuous improvement tools and implement new and enhanced ways of working.

Work cross-functionally with other business units; for example, merchandise, finance and supply chain to ensure alignment.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the UK Hub.

Ensure the implementation of the performance management process.

Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles.

Identify training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field.

7 – 10 years in similar position.
-
3 – 5 years in retail/FMCG industry is preferred.
