About The Team

The Business Enablement (BE) team acts as a strategic partner to the business, driving critical initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. We are a growing team focused on building robust frameworks, managing a complex portfolio of projects, and enhancing credibility and alignment with our cross-functional stakeholders. We thrive on solving complex problems and delivering measurable impact.

About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager to lead our portfolio management function and drive high-priority initiatives from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in providing analytical rigor to our decision-making, ensuring our most critical projects are resourced effectively, and maintaining seamless alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate is an independent leader who excels at stakeholder management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for creating structure out of ambiguity and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.

    • Lead the Center of Excellence (COE) for drafting critical operational documents, including Funds Flow diagrams, Contract Summaries, and high-value Journal Entry ($100 JE) Flows.
    • Oversee and manage the JE Flow creation process handled by our resources in India, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Drive and Own P0/Ad Hoc Initiatives
    • Independently lead business-critical, high-priority initiatives from intake and scoping through to successful execution, ensuring no disruption to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
    • Own project outcomes, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (including Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Product, Engineering, and Operations), ensuring seamless communication and partnership health throughout project lifecycles.
    • Excel at setting and managing expectations, building consensus, and influencing partners to drive alignment on strategic goals.
  • BE Operational Excellence & Change Management
    • Prepare comprehensive documentation and artifacts required for successful project implementation and long-term value realization tracking.
    • Lead and execute robust change management plans, utilizing creative channels such as podcasts for project overviews, team newsletters, ongoing stakeholder updates, and official Go-Live announcements to ensure smooth adoption.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, business operations, or a related strategic role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience building and managing prioritization frameworks and conducting portfolio-level analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects from discovery to launch.
  • Experience working with or managing remote or offshore teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data to drive decisions.
